Hest Connections is a place to talk about the real work with people who understand it.
Bring your questions, ideas, challenges, discoveries and wins. Share what you're learning. Get another perspective. Find encouragement. Make connections that can grow into collaboration, friendship and inspiration.

Whether you're an equine coach, facilitator, trainer, instructor, educator, therapist, or another professional working with horses and people, there are parts of this work that are hard to explain to someone who isn't doing it themselves.
Maybe you're navigating a challenging client situation.
Maybe you're wondering how to grow or sustain your practice.
Maybe you've had an idea you want to explore.
Maybe something wonderful happened and you want to share it with people who understand why it matters.
Or maybe you simply need to hear: "I've been there, too."
Hest Connections gives us a place to have those conversations.
Hest Connections is Different By Design
A small circle of people, limited to 20, who understand the work. We bring different experiences and perspectives while sharing a desire to learn, support, and grow together.

We meet monthly as peers over Zoom. We learn organically from and support one another. There is a simple community chat to stay connected between calls, but no requirement to engage.

Hest Connections isn't a course, mastermind, or certification program.
There is no curriculum to complete, methodology to follow, or particular training required.
Hannah will host and facilitate the conversations bringing her own experience, curiosity, and perspective alongside everyone else.
The wisdom of Hest Connections lives in the room.
The community is shaped by the people who are part of it and the conversations they bring.

There's no expectation to perform, teach, or have something insightful to say every time.
Some days you'll bring a question. Some days you'll bring an idea. Some days you'll simply listen.
All of those ways of participating have value.
Hest Connections is a place to pause, reflect, get another perspective, and learn from one another as we navigate the opportunities and challenges of this work.
We're here to learn from one another, support each other, and make the work a little more sustainable and a little less isolating.

One gathering each month, facilitated by Hannah.
No slides. No lectures. No required topic.
We'll make space for whatever is most useful to the people in the room.
Conversations might include:
Challenging client or horse situations
Building a sustainable practice
Boundaries and burnout
Questions about our work
New ideas and opportunities
Ethical questions
Things we're trying to figure out
Things that are working
Wins worth celebrating

A simple place to stay connected between gatherings.

You don't have to keep up. You can simply drop in when you have something to share or need a little connection.

Hest Connections is for people actively doing, or seriously exploring, work involving horses and people.
You might be:
An equine-assisted coach or facilitator
A therapist or mental health professional who works with horses
A horse trainer or horsemanship professional
A riding or adaptive riding instructor
An equine educator or experiential learning practitioner
An equine wellness or personal development practitioner
An equine business owner or program leader
Someone exploring or building your path in equine work
Your training, methodology, or title doesn't have to match anyone else's.
What matters is how you show up: with curiosity, generosity, respect, and a genuine interest in learning from others.
Join The Founding Circle
20 people. One small community. A place to belong.
Hest Connections is starting intentionally small so we have the opportunity to actually know one another and build something meaningful together.
The first 20 members will become our Founding Circleand receive a special founding rate of:
$35 / month
New members will be added on a rolling basis at the current published membership rate at the time of enrollment.

One monthly Connection Circle on Zoom, facilitated by Hannah
Private community chat for conversations and connection between calls
A place to bring questions, challenges, ideas, and wins
Opportunities to learn from and collaborate with other practitioners
A welcoming, relationship-centered community of peers who understand the work
There are no courses to complete, content libraries to keep up with, or homework assignments. The value is in showing up, talking with one another, and building relationships over time.

How It Works
1. Apply
Tell us a little about yourself, your work, and what you're hoping to find in the community.
2. Join the Founding Circle
We're opening the Founding Circle with a goal of 8–12 members to start, with room for up to 20.
Once we're ready to launch, we'll contact approved members with next steps. No payment is needed until we're ready to begin.
3. Get Connected
You'll receive an invitation to our private community space and the monthly Connection Circle.
Come as you are, participate when you can, and help shape the community simply by being part of it.
Find Your People.
Join a small community of people doing meaningful work with horses.
Founding membership: $35/month; limited to the first 20 members. Membership will begin once the minimum founding group is reached. At that time applicants will be surveyed to find the best mutual time to meet, based on Pacific Time zone. No payment is needed until launch. Payment secures your spot.
