Member Application
Founding Membership Offer
The first 20 members will receive our Founding Member rate. Hest Connections is intentionally limited to 20 members so we can maintain a small, personal community where people have the opportunity to know and engage with one another.
Once the Founding Circle is full, membership will reopen on a rolling basis as space becomes available, at the then-current membership rate.
We're currently in our launch phase. Once we have enough members to begin, we'll reach out to approved applicants with next steps and schedule our first gathering. Our meeting time will be decided by the initial group.
Thank You for Your Interest in
Joining Hest Connections
We're glad you're interested in being part of Hest Connections. Because we're intentionally keeping this community small, membership is offered on a case-by-case basis to help us create a thoughtful, welcoming group where people can connect and contribute.
Please complete the short application below. We'll review your responses and, if you're invited to join, we'll send you a payment link to secure your membership. Your spot is confirmed once payment is completed.
Your monthly membership rate is locked in for as long as you remain a continuous member. You can cancel at any time without penalty, but if you leave the community, your existing membership rate will no longer be reserved for you. If you decide to return in the future, you may rejoin at the current membership rate, subject to availability.
We ask members to commit to at least three months when they join. This gives the group time to build rapport, establish trust, and find its rhythm. While this isn't required, we encourage members to give the community that time.
Every member is asked to agree to our Community Code of Conduct (below). If a member's behavior is inconsistent with these guidelines or compromises the safety and trust of the community, Hest Connections reserves the right to end their membership.
Our goal is simple: to create a thoughtful, generous space where people doing meaningful work with horses can find connection, perspective, collaboration, and community.
